Starting with just three coaches and a small office in Ankara, we initially focused on helping medium-sized manufacturing companies improve their operational efficiency. Word of our effective coaching methodologies spread quickly, and within three years, we expanded to Istanbul to meet growing demand. By 2015, our team had grown to 12 coaches serving clients across various industries, from technology startups to established financial institutions.
