Welcome to Business Coaching Turkey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and coaching programs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Business Coaching Turkey provides business coaching services to organizations and individuals in Turkey. Our services include but are not limited to executive coaching, team performance coaching, organizational development, and leadership development. The specific details, scope, duration, and fees for coaching services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to clients.
3. User Accounts
Some portions of our website may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or services

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Business Coaching Turkey or our content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Business Coaching Turkey.
6. User Content
By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through our website (including feedback, suggestions, or testimonials), you grant Business Coaching Turkey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content that you submit. You also affirm, represent, and warrant that your User Content will comply with these Terms.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law or where there is a threat of harm to the client or others.
Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments and Fees
Fees for our coaching services will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal. Payment terms, including acceptable payment methods and schedules, will also be outlined in that document.
If you purchase any services through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account and agree to pay all fees and taxes in a timely manner.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies for coaching services will be specified in your client agreement. For online purchases or registrations, refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full rate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Business Coaching Turkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
- Any content obtained from our website
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Business Coaching Turkey during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Business Coaching Turkey makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Business Coaching Turkey disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Business Coaching Turkey, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to our website and services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ankara, Turkey.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
